Summary: In the interview, my mentor Mrs. Grisby and I discussed her overall life experience. Mrs. Grisby and I discussed why she became the manager of a community center. Further, during the interview we discussed why she choose to study her subject of master and bachelor.

Credibility: Mrs. Grisby has a master in Sport Administration. Mrs. Grisby has a bachelor in Therapeutic Recreation. Mrs. Grisby is the manager of Sagemont Park Community Center.

Reflection: I used the information about Mrs. Grisby and her personal life to educate myself about the history of Sagemont Park Community Center. The information in Mrs. Grisby's interview was used in my final presentation. This interview helped me in putting together my stance of what type of work my mentor would appreciate me doing for my final product.

Collins, Evan A. "Interview with Pasadena ISD Ontiveros Superintendent Secretary." 2 Oct. 2024.

Summary: In the interview, I discussed the status between Sagemont Park Community Center and Stutchberry Elementary School PISD. I spoke to Mrs. Ontiveros, Secretary of Superintendent Pasadena Independent School District (PISD). Further, during the interview we discussed methods to increase the population attendees at Sagemont Park Community Center from Stutchberry Elementary.

Credibility: Mrs. Ontiveros is the secretary of the superintendent of PISD. Mrs. Ontiveros has direct contact with the superintendent of PISD and was able to send all information that I wanted to contact her with to the superintendent. Mrs. Ontiveros was able to funnel all information to Stuchberry Elementary School.

Reflection: This conversation legitimized the concept of a tutoring program because it was officializing the information to a different organization. This conversation allowed me to send flyers to the superintendent and then to Stuchberry Elementary School. This interview with Mrs. Ontiveros increased population to Sagemont Park Community Center.

Collins, Evan A. "Interview with Jay Employee of Advertising and Public Relations for Sagemont Park Community Center." 27 Sept. 2024.

Summary: In the interview with Jay, we discussed his previous experiences in advertising Sagemont Park Community Center. Jay told me about the issues in contacting the principal of Stuchberry Elementary School. Further, in my conversation with Jay we discussed the history of Sagemont Park Community Center and his experience there.

Credibility: Jay is an employee of Sagemont Park Community Center. Jay specializes in in advertising and public relations for the community center. Jay also acts as a coach for Sagemont Park Community Center. Jay has plenty of experience in public relations for the community.

Reflection: Our conversation led me to realize that contacting the principal would be difficult, so I decided to contact PISD and directly the superintendent. Jay helped me also realize that increasing the population of Sagemont Park Community Center would also be important for the tutoring program. Furthermore, Jay's experience helped me understand Sagemont Park Community Center better and grasp the opportunities they offer there.

Collins, Evan A. "Interview with Tidwell Principle of Clear Horizons Early College High School." 20 Oct. 2024.

Summary: In the interview with Principal Tidwell, we discussed the announcing of the tutoring opportunity for Clear Horizons Early College High School (CHECHS). We also discussed how would the service opportunity would operate for CHECHS students. Furthermore, Principal Tidwell encouraged me in my final product and educated me on what more could be done for the tutoring program.

Credibility: Principal Tidwell is the principal of CHECHS. Principal Tidwell has plenty of years of experience in teaching as she used to be a physics teacher. As the principal of CHECHS she is in charge of all things that circle in and out of the school announcements.

Reflection: I was able to use this interview with Principal Tidwell to get my final product on the school announcements. I was able to use this interview to fully confirm that starting a service program for CHECHS as my final product is supported by CHECHS administration. I was also given the greenlight in being allowed to pass flyers around the school for the tutoring program.

Collins, Evan A. "Interview with Connor Huyhn CEO of Math Club Clear Horizons Early College High School." 20 Sept. 2024.

Summary: In the Interview with Mr. Huyhn, we discussed how he would be able to use members from the CHECHS for the tutoring program.

Credibility: Mr. Huyhn is the president/CEO of Math Club CHECHS. Mr. Huyhn has many hours as a tutor, especially as an officer of the National Honor Society at CHECHS. Mr. Huyhn also takes advance mathematical classes at university level. President Huyhn also has won first place of American Mathematics Competition for CHECHS.

Reflection: I was able to use this interview with President Huyhn to gain more people willing to act as a tutor for my final product. My conversation with President Huyhn also led me to gain a better comprehension in the scheduling of tutors leading me to design my scheduling method. Furthermore, President Huyhn made an announcement for me to his Math Club to tell others of SPCC-TOP.
